Monthly Kits
At Scrap All Night we offer 1, 3 and 6 month subscriptions for our monthly
scrapbook kits.  Kits are shipped between the 5th and the 10th of every
month.

Recurring Payments
If payment is made by credit card, members are billed each month on the
5th.  If you sign up for a membership after the 5th, your credit card will
be billed soon thereafter and ship out 1-3 days after payment is received.
Kits are shipped out by the 10th of every month.

Return Policy
If your kit is damaged during shipping, please send an email to service@scrapallnight.com.  We will replace it for you as long as you notify us upon receipt of the product or within 7 days of receipt of your product.  We do require that you return the damaged kit and we will refund the shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that you decide to cancel your membership, you must
contact us by the 1st of the month. If you originally signed up for a 6
month subscription and cancel after 4 months, your credit card will be
charged the difference to the subscription price closest to the month you
cancel in. (For example, if you signed up for a 6 month subscription and
you cancel after the 4th month, we will bill you for the 3 month
subscription price on all 4 months).

Skip a Monthly Kit
If for any reason the upcoming monthly kit doesn't meet your needs please
contact us by the 4th of the month so that we can take you off of
our shipping and billing list for that month.  Your monthly subscription will then
continue for the following month's kit.

Shipping and Handling

United States Orders
All orders within the United States will be charged $5.95 shipping and handling per kit.  All orders will be received within 7-10 business days of shipment.

International Orders
All orders outside the United States will be charged shipping and handling according to your location.  Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and by you receiving your package within 7-10 days business days of shipment.  More affordable shipping is available although your shipping time will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks.  Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to choose the longer shipping method.
